FAQ’s:

Q. How long does it take to receive my Reflections sculpture?

A. If we have one in stock, you should be able to receive it in a week to 10 days. If we must make a new casting, that process can take 4-6 weeks plus shipping time.

Q. Do you design and make custom sculptures?

A. While our primary focus is on our unique limited edition bronze sculptures, we do accept commissions to design one of a kind bronze sculptures when time permits.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept personal amd company checks, cashiers and certified checks and cash of course. When paying by check, please contact us for details. Sculptures will not be shipped until all funds have cleared the bank. You are responsible for paying any sales and/or local taxes your state may impose on internet purchases. Minnesota residents must add sales taxes to their purchase.

Q. Can I have a sculpture personalized?

A. Yes. Depending on space requirements, we can add a personal touch. Personalized and commissioned sculptures require a 50% deposit before proceeding with sculpture with the balance to be paid prior to shipping.

SHIPPING:

We ship FREE to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for all bronze sculptures with standard bases. Custom bases are shipped at additional charge. Custom commissioned sculptures quoted on each job basis. When you receive your sculpture, examine the box for any damage. Do not sign for the sculpture if any damage is noted until you have opened the box and examined sculpture for any damage. Note any damages on the shipping bill prior to signing and contact us immediately. All sculptures are insured when shipping and the shipping company must resolve any damages.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your sculpture when you receive it, please contact us by phone immediately. No faxes or e-mails please. If we are not able to resolve your dissatisfaction, you must return your sculpture and COA in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a refund. You may keep the hat. Upon receipt of your sculpture in original new and undamaged condition, we will refund your purchase price less a 15% handling and service charge. There are no refunds on personalized and commissioned sculptures.

Reflections Sculpture Baseball Hats:

We will include with each bronze sculpture purchased, a Free Reflections Sculpture baseball hat!
Additional hats available for only $13.89 each.

 

Custom Bases:

Custom bases are available to accentuate and enhance each bronze sculpture at additional cost.
They can be made from beautiful granite, marble, onyx, sandstone and limestone or various quality woods. Shipping and handling are at additional charge.
